Jerry Morris establishes Bricks 'n' More with a vision to transform commercial real estate in Abuja's FCT, bringing over a decade of industry experience to the venture.
First Milestone
4th Avenue Plaza Completed
Our first flagship commercial plaza on 4th Avenue, Gwarinpa is completed — 33 shops, 1,000 sq ft, fully tenanted within the first quarter.
Expansion
6th Avenue — 42 Units Delivered
A larger 1,800 sq ft development with 42 shop units opens on 6th Avenue, Gwarinpa, cementing our reputation as a premium plaza developer.
Growth
5th Avenue Development Begins
Construction begins on our 5th Avenue plaza — 27 units in active development — expanding our footprint further across Gwarinpa.
Present — 2025
1st Avenue — 92-Shop Flagship
Our largest completed development to date: 92 shops across 1,847 sq ft at Block 2, 14 Road Gwarimpa. A new landmark for commercial development in Abuja.
